Qualifications

• A Master’s degree is required if hired after 5/26/2024, in counseling, social work, MFT or related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, MFT or related field is preferred for hires before 5/26/2024.
• Strong communication and integrity in handling confidential information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for hospice patients, family members and community members experiencing grief.
• Document client contacts and care plans accurately and maintain all required files.
• Manage caseloads and demonstrate productivity while collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide on‑call crisis intervention and flexible counseling hours, including some weeknights and weekends.
