Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, social work, education, theology, business, management, or equivalent.
• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience working in bereavement or similar types of work.
• Evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, integrate, and supervise all aspects of the bereavement programs and demonstrate program effectiveness.
• Maintain and update policies/procedures and delivery of related services.
• Facilitate with team and volunteers; maintain accurate statistics of services and volunteer hours.
• Report goals and outcomes to funders and prepare service reports as requested.
