Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate projects amidst competing priorities.
• Experience with integrated communications approaches.
• Good grasp of technology to drive employee engagement.
• Consultative and decisive skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in strategy, evaluation, selection and implementation of benefits and wellness programs.
• Conducts analyses and vendor selection; prepares recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partners with Benefits Analyst, HRIS and Operations to implement programs.
• Supports annual benefits renewal cycle with data analysis and recommendations.
• Develops wellness strategy to improve workforce health and reward healthy lifestyles.
• Researches outsourcing and third-party admin to streamline services.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and risk mitigation; provides executive support.
• Works with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality customer service.
