Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead strategic analytics and administration of employee benefit programs across a large, multi-state organization. Based in Franklin, TN with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with HR leadership, Legal, Finance, and external providers to optimize plan design, costs, and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of benefits experience, with strong governance, vendor management, and data analytics capabilities to support Total

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience administering employee benefit programs.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with multiple employee populations across geographic locations.
• Proficiency with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Benefits Analysis & Planning: analyze market factors and benchmark data.
• Identify opportunities to enhance benefit programs based on utilization and demographics.
• Support plan design assessments and cost effectiveness analyses.
• Provide data-driven recommendations aligning benefits with Total Rewards strategy.
• Monitor regulatory trends to inform program direction.
• Support long-range planning and annual benefits strategy discussions.
