Cottingham & Butler seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Client Consultant to drive successful outcomes for clients and their programs. You will build strong client relationships, provide high-quality analysis, and deliver strategic recommendations that support HR leaders across diverse industries.

As a trusted advisor, you will work with a cross-functional team on analytics, compliance, and communications while developing tailored benefit plan offerings through data analysis and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Expertise in developing self-insured and fully insured welfare benefit plans.
• Continuing education credits and additional designations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships as the primary advisor for benefits-related issues.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to address client analytics, compliance, communications, technology, marketing, and non-medical benefits.
• Develop benefit plan offerings by analyzing client data, benchmarking, and evaluating funding strategies.
