Job summary

Inmar Intelligence seeks a Senior Administrator, Benefits to manage day-to-day benefits and wellness programs across the US and Canada, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, HSA/FSAs, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits.

You will process changes, run weekly reports, educate employees during orientation, and ensure accuracy of benefits content. Strong confidentiality and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS designations would be a plus.
• Proficient with G-Suite.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with Workday.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, supplemental benefits and 401(k).
• Review and approve changes in Workday benefits including live events and enrollments.
• Support weekly audit reports and corrections as needed.
• Prepare communications about benefits and wellness programs.
• Train new benefits associates on systems and tasks.
• Assist HR in completing benefits reporting requirements.
• Review and update Benefit Documents & Brochures.
• Provide training and support to group benefit associates.
• Lead benefit projects such as 1095 reporting and 401(k) corrections.
• Maintain relationships with associates and external vendors.
