Job summary

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee day-to-day administration of ANTHC's benefits programs. You will manage enrollments, COBRA, terminations, and compliance, serve as primary contact for plan vendors, and support annual open enrollment with education materials.

Required: a BA/BS in business or HR, 6+ years in benefits, and strong communication. Hybrid schedule in Anchorage, with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field; experience may substitute per policy.
• Minimum six years of experience with employee benefits programs.
• CEBS / SHRM-CP / PHR certifications preferred or to be obtained within one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily benefits processing including enrollments, COBRA and terminations.
• Coordinate data with plan vendors and third-party administrators.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting/fees.
• Deliver audits and education materials for benefits programs.
