The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in benefits management, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to enhance employee engagement through effective program implementation. The position includes managing a team and may require some travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits or health and welfare plan management.
• Experience managing benefit vendors and consultants.
• Ability to develop effective employee-facing benefits communications.
