Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits, total rewards, or HR.
• Proven leadership of benefits teams and programs.
• Experience with annual renewals, vendor negotiations, and fiduciary governance.
• Experience with U.S. banking, financial services, or regulated industry is a plus.
• Certifications such as CEBS, CBP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and plan design for benefits, wellness, leave, disability, retirement, and workers' comp.
• Manage annual renewal, enrollment, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee benefits administration, deductions, and provider payments.
• Develop communications to improve employee engagement with benefits and programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory reporting.
