Job summary

NBC Universal in Orlando seeks a Senior Benefits Manager to influence and lead key benefits programs across UDX populations, including health, retirement, and well-being initiatives. You will provide strategic support, operational leadership, and execution excellence, partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliant, competitive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is highly preferred.
• 7+ years benefits management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence and lead benefits strategy, plan design, policy development, and program administration. Represent the needs of diverse workforce populations and Team Members.
• Manage the planning, communication, implementation, and change management of benefit and well-being programs, projects, promotions, initiatives and changes.
• Drive operational excellence in benefits delivery across health, retirement, tuition assistance, leave, well-being, EAP, wellness, open enrollment, and Team Member lifecycle processes.
• Curate benefits-related information strategy, communications, resources, and educational materials to translate complex program information into clear, accessible guidance for HR partners and business leaders.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
