Job summary

NBCUniversal, headquartered in New York, seeks a Vice President of Benefits to lead the U.S. healthcare portfolio, designing solutions across medical, pharmacy, behavioral health and ERISA-compliant programs.

You will drive strategy, budget, and vendor performance for a diverse, union and non-union workforce. You will oversee program design, cost management, and data-driven improvements to access, affordability, and outcomes, partnering with Finance, Compliance and HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
• 5+ years in leadership, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with medical, pharmacy/PBM and behavioral-health strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year healthcare strategy and product roadmap for diverse employee populations.
• Own portfolio budgeting, claims trend targets, and cost-management with Finance.
• Lead vendor strategy, contracting, performance management and QBRs.
• Define employee journeys for enrollment, navigation, and care support.
• Ensure ERISA, HIPAA compliance and audit readiness.
