Responsibilities

• Set multi-year strategy for retirement savings and financial wellbeing programs.
• Design healthcare solutions for a diverse workforce across multiple studios and regions.
• Oversee defined-contribution plan design, employer contributions, investments and communications.
• Lead actuarial valuations, funding analysis and trust governance.
• Manage vendors, recordkeepers and consultants with performance scorecards.
