Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a strategic Vice President of Benefits to lead the Financial Security Products portfolio, shaping retirement and healthcare programs for a global workforce. You will oversee defined-contribution plans, employer contributions and participant outcomes, while guiding governance and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space with deep expertise in employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of defined-contribution plans and working knowledge of defined-benefit, multiemployer, trust, funding and financial-reporting matters.
• Experience translating actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience managing recordkeepers, actuaries, trustees, investment advisors and other material vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year strategy for retirement savings, retirement readiness, emergency savings, financial coaching and other financial-resilience programs.
• Design healthcare solutions for a diverse workforce across studios and international businesses.
• Own plan design, employer contributions, investments, recordkeeping and communication outcomes.
• Lead governance, funding analysis and financial reporting for benefits balance sheets.
• Oversee vendors and performance through scorecards and QBRs.
