Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to lead our strategic benefits program and ensure compliance across the organization. You will drive design, governance, and communication of benefits for a large workforce.

You will manage enrollment, reporting, and vendor relationships while partnering with senior leadership to align benefits with business goals and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of benefits management experience.
• CEBS/SHRM/CBP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily administration of health, retirement and other benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and reporting obligations.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment and educate employees on benefits options.
• Manage relationships with providers, brokers and third-party admins.
• Generate regular reports on utilization and costs to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunity for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Hire, train, and develop staff in the benefits function.
