Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred for this senior role.
• 8+ years of health and welfare consulting experience required.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients; act as the subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits.
• Oversee client strategy, enrollments, renewals and project plans; mentor junior team members.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and keep clients informed of industry trends and regulatory issues.
• Review capabilities with carriers and implement compliant, cost-effective benefit solutions.
