NFP Corp is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant, ideally based in Austin, TX. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, design and optimize benefits programs, and lead renewal planning with internal partners to deliver exceptional service and measurable impact.

This role blends relationship management, benefits expertise, financial analysis, and problem-solving, with a hybrid work model. Remote consideration may be explored for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License required.
