Qualifications

• Knowledge of benefits administration and HealthCare Reform trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
• Experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare benefits.
• Oversee open enrollment and client communications; review plan proposals and renewals.
