Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Employee Benefits Consultant to advise a client portfolio with a balanced, hybrid Austin-based schedule and remote options for top candidates. You will lead client strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing consulting, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and tangible business results.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in employee benefits, strong communication and analytical skills, and a Life & Health Insurance license.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Life & Health Insurance License required or licensed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead client strategy, renewal planning, and ongoing consulting initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with clients.
