Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to design and manage complex employer benefit plans, serving as the project lead and primary client contact.

The role involves analyzing plan design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, benchmarking, and supporting compliance and financial performance.

You will mentor junior staff, manage engagements, identify opportunities for deeper client engagement, and contribute to market activities while traveling up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of recent experience in employer benefit strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees (MBA, CEBS, GPHR, etc.).
• Proven leadership in managing large client engagements and service teams.
• Deep industry knowledge across benefits, regions, and carriers.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Support benefit plan design, analysis, and related project tasks.
• Manage client projects and coordinate work across teams.
• Maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance.
• Manage engagement risks, billing, collections, and budgets.
• Identify opportunities for deeper client engagement and present recommendations.
• Contribute to external market and business activities.
• Lead complex benefit plan design and management.
