Job summary

Kore Insurance Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of mid-to-large self-funded group benefits clients, collaborating with C-suite and HR leadership. You will lead renewal discussions, design innovative funding strategies, and drive client value with strategic solutions.

Applicants should have 10+ years in employee benefits, exact ACA/ COBRA/ HIPAA knowledge, and an active Life & Health Insurance License.

Qualifications

10+ years’ employee benefits experience within an insurance brokerage.
Expertise with self-funded/self-insured health plans (required).
Strong knowledge of group benefits products, funding models, and regulations (ACA/ COBRA/ HIPAA).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Life & Health Insurance License required; Applied Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mid-to-large group benefits clients, with C-suite and HR leadership, on self-funded/self-insured plans.
Lead presentations, renewal meetings, and strategy sessions with professionalism.
Anticipate client needs and propose alternative funding strategies and cost-containment measures.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with carriers/TPAs to resolve issues.
Mentor teammates, share market trends, and guide plan design and compliance considerations.
