Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client satisfaction and delivery of innovative Health & Welfare strategies across large self-funded programs. You will manage vendor relationships, develop cost containment solutions, and drive business development with a focus on strategic initiatives.

The role requires deep health and welfare proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to mentor teams, with a hybrid work arrangement across US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational training or business experience.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance/employee benefits/HR.
• In-depth Health & Welfare industry knowledge including self-funded plans and related programs.
• Experience managing large self-funded client groups (2,000+ employees).
• Experience with full-cycle RFP processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management for clients and vendors.
• Project manage client initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop and present strategic benefit program solutions for clients.
• Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants and support business development.
