Under general supervision, you will help analyze policies, support benefit plan development, and ensure compliance with regulations. Five+ years of benefits experience are preferred; CEBS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits experience preferred.
• General HR experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits and retirement programs for employees.
• Advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and claims procedures.
• Maintains benefits records and prepares implementation documents.
