Job summary

Skyward Specialty Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to support administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our employee benefits and leave programs, with emphasis on multi-state leave administration. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to deliver a compliant, efficient benefits experience.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in benefits and leave administration, experience with FMLA, ADA, NY/NJ leave requirements, and

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits and leave administration.
Experience administering complex multi-state leave programs including FMLA, ADA, disability programs, and NY/NJ leave requirements.
Experience administering health and welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and related benefits regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead leave administration and compliance across multiple states, including FMLA, ADA, disability, and state leaves.
Administer health and welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs; manage enrollments and vendor relationships.
Develop and maintain reports on benefits, leave, and workforce trends; support audits and regulatory reporting.
