Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards Global Benefits Team. You will assist the Director of Benefits in managing H&W benefits and retirement plans, and provide day-to-day support to ensure compliant, consistent application of policies.

You will develop and streamline procedures, coordinate with vendors, and produce data analyses to support benefit administration and annual enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in HR/Benefits.
• Experience in H&W benefits and retirement programs preferred.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage benefits and retirement programs.
• Create and present data analytics reports.
• Provide Tier 3 support for H&W and funding processes.
• Assist with plan administration and vendor coordination.
• Support annual enrollment and compliance tasks.
