An established industry player is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to oversee employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes. This role involves analytical analysis, vendor management, and collaboration across departments to support benefits administration. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and project management skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access. The Sr. Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting all employee benefit programs including administration of the defined contribution (401k and profit sharing), defined benefit plans as well as health and welfare matters.
The position will also conduct analytical analysis which includes the ability to analyze data to make comparisons and draw conclusions; identify cause and effect relationships to solve complex problems.
The Senior Benefits Analyst will work with internal and external vendors and auditors to perform analysis and audits to the programs and plans and resolve issues.
The Senior Benefits Analyst will provide back up for existing staff relating to all programs, policies and procedures.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business administration or equivalent experience
Experience:
Five or more years of experience in benefits, human resources or similar work.
