LaSalle Network is partnering with a third-party administrator to hire a Healthcare Benefits Specialist – 2nd Shift. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others navigate their healthcare benefits.

As a Healthcare Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring members understand their healthcare coverage, including explaining plan benefits, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance clearly and empathetically.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding their healthcare benefits
• Explain coverage details, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member questions and concerns
• Accurately document interactions in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare benefits, insurance, or a related field
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Experience with third-party administrators is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable high-speed internet for remote work

Pay starting at $18/hour, with growth opportunities based on experience.
