Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to design, develop, and implement benefits and retirement programs. This role advises management and employees, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements and aligning with IU Health's mission.

The position reports to the Vice President of Health and Wellness Operations and involves collaboration across HR, management, and external resources to optimize benefits design and administration at IU Health in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, nursing, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and administering benefits and/or retirement programs.
• Knowledge of benefits policies and program regulations.
• Ability to apply ERISA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, and related laws.
