Indiana University Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits and retirement programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, HR teams, and employees to ensure compliant, effective programs aligned with organizational goals. The position requires extensive knowledge of benefits systems, ERISA and related regulations, and experience in program analysis, development, and annual review processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant benefits/retirement experience.
• Experience with the design, development, and administration of benefits and/or retirement programs.
• Knowledge of benefits programs and policies and related regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA).
• Experience with matrix organizations and a complex work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Designs, develops, and implements benefits and retirement programs.
• Recommends and implements improvements to programs, services and processes.
• Researches and analyzes program design alternatives and tests proposals prior to implementation.
• Develops, compares, and standardizes all benefits with annual review processes.
• Consults with management, HR personnel, and employees regarding benefits and retirement programs and policies.
• Interacts with internal and external resources to ensure proper program/policy design and ongoing administration.
