Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field and 7 years of benefits administration experience.
• Experience must demonstrate independent retirement plan administration, financial reconciliation, and plan audit support.
• Experience with auditing and compliance for benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retirement plan administration, including 403(b) and 457(b) plan governance and compliance.
• Administer health and welfare benefits, enrollments, and vendor interactions; respond to inquiries.
• Support external retirement plan audits and cross-functional compliance reviews across benefit programs.
• Maintain confidential, auditable records and apply internal controls to administrative processes.
• Assist leave administration, benefit communications, and process improvements within the team.
