Job summary

Evermore Orlando Resort seeks a seasoned People & Culture Leader to manage HR operations for a high-volume resort. You will lead benefits administration, payroll integration, and policy execution while guiding a team and ensuring compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic budgeting, and the ability to collaborate across departments to align people practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of People & Culture management experience in a high-volume resort.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Excellent management, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all benefits functions including enrollment, qualifying life events, reporting, open enrollment and billing coordination with vendors (including Dart Container).
• Audit monthly benefits invoices and internal program billing to ensure accuracy and timely payment including internal events.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of team member benefits programs.
• Monitor and track payroll-related items including benefits deductions, special payroll time-off requests to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and forecasting related to benefits and compensation programs.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims, reporting, and ongoing case management with insurance carrier.
• Align People & Culture practices with operational demands, including staffing levels and scheduling guidelines.
• Support onboarding, orientation, compliance training, and certification programs.
