Job summary

Evermore in Orlando seeks an Executive Director of Finance to lead financial strategy for the resort brand, oversee accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow, and capital planning, and partner with senior executives to achieve growth and operational goals.

You will drive ERP implementation, ensure regulatory compliance under US GAAP, manage audits, and mentor the finance team while collaborating with ownership and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in resort/hospitality finance, with governance and budgeting experience.
• CPA designation and strong leadership for an accounting team.
• Proficient with ERP systems, financial reporting, and US GAAP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the Evermore brand.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, audits, and internal controls.
• Manage capital expenditures, tax planning, and intercompany transactions.
• Drive ERP implementation, data governance, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, ownership, and external partners.
