Job summary

NTN Driveshaft, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist - Level II to administer and manage employee benefit programs within a manufacturing environment.

You will handle medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and wellness initiatives, while ensuring eligibility, enrollments, and open enrollment coordination. You will partner with HR leadership, vendors, and administrators to maintain compliance, manage leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• 4-6 years of benefits administration experience.
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, STD/LTD and related laws.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
• Manage eligibility, enrollments, life events, and system updates in ADP and vendor platforms.
• Lead annual open enrollment and develop benefits communications.
• Respond to inquiries and liaise with brokers, carriers, and administrators.
• Maintain plan documents, SPDs, and compliance postings; reconcile invoices.
• Coordinate leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, medical, personal, military) and workers' comp.
• Provide payroll backup support including audits and benefit deductions review.
• Ensure benefits-to-payroll integrations and regulatory compliance.
