Your responsibilities will include administering benefits, responding to inquiries, and supporting leave of absence processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in benefits administration and robust knowledge of U.S. health and welfare programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
• Experience in FMLA, disability, or state leave coordination preferred.
• Experience supporting annual enrollment and benefit communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. benefits programs and support enrollment processes.
• Respond to benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
• Support Annual Enrollment activities and benefit communications.
• Provide backup support for leave of absence administration.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and compliance support.
• Administer the wellness program and conduct orientations.
• Manage benefits-related projects and process improvements.
