Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Benefits Operations Specialist to join the People & Culture team in a remote role based in Ireland. You will be the subject matter expert for day-to-day administration of EMEA benefits programs and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding with precision, empathy, and compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations EMEA, you will lead enrollments, claims management, audits, and vendor invoicing while guiding staff on benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of dedicated experience in HR Benefits administration, with an emphasis on benefits operations.
• Project management experience.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency.
• Technical proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred), payroll systems, and benefit vendor portals.
• Advanced Excel skills for data auditing, payroll reporting, and invoice reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enrollment for new hires, leaver processing, and off-cycle qualifying life events, linking benefits to payroll.
• Manage submission and tracking of insurance claims for disability and sick leave; perform quarterly headcount audits.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex inquiries; ensure SLA adherence and staff education on options.
• Document SOPs and manage end-to-end vendor invoice reconciliation.
