Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist for a remote role based in Ireland. You will serve as the SME for day-to-day administration of EMEA benefit programs, handling onboarding to off-boarding with precision, empathy and compliance.

You will lead enrollments, process leaver events, manage insurance claims, and own data integrity across vendors in a high-trust, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Benefits administration experience.
• Experience using AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and payroll systems.
• Advanced Excel for data auditing and payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end enrollment, leaver processing, and leave events.
• Manage insurance claims for disability and sick leave; audit data.
• Escalate complex inquiries and educate staff on options.
• Document SOPs and manage vendor invoice reconciliation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Equivalent practical experience
