Crossing Hurdles is seeking input from a senior HR/Total Rewards practitioner to discuss health and pharmacy plan evaluations, renewals, and decision drivers. The contractor will share processes, approaches to PBM management, and insights into plan structures relevant to a mid-to-large workforce.

Applicants should be ready to discuss financial and strategic trade-offs in benefit design and provide concrete perspectives based on prior leadership roles in benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Senior HR/Total Rewards professional with health insurance and PBM experience.
• Direct decision-making authority or strong influence over selecting or managing health and pharmacy plans.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations.
• Comfortable discussing financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs.

• Comfortable discussing the financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs.
