Crossing Hurdles is seeking a senior-level Benefits professional for a remote, one-time contract to provide in-depth feedback on health and pharmacy plans and renewal considerations for a mid-market to enterprise organization.

You will describe your evaluation process, discuss pharmacy benefits management, and share the factors that drive purchasing decisions during renewal cycles. Review hypothetical plan structures and articulate practical feasibility for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Senior HR, Total Rewards or Benefits professional at a mid-market to enterprise or larger organization.
• Direct decision-making authority or significant influence over selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations.
• Comfortable discussing the financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs.
