Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing employee benefits programs and LOA administration.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Experience coordinating with third-party administrators and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Benefits operations: ensure accuracy across systems and open enrollment activities.
• LOA administration: guide employees, assess leave eligibility, and manage cases.
• Communication: translate plans to employees and provide clear guidance.
• Issue resolution: investigate and resolve benefits and leave-related issues with stakeholders.
