Qualifications

• 8–10 years of U.S. benefits experience including retirement, pension, LOA and ADA programs.
• Experience leading benefits operations for a large employer in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and ADA.
• Experience with retirement/pension administration, funding, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and process-improvement skills with large data sets and Excel.
• Experience with HR/payroll/case-management tech (Workday/Oracle Cloud, ADP Vantage, ServiceNow).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, time management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Benefits and LOA/ADA specialists and analysts.
• Manage U.S. benefits operations end to end, including health, retirement, LOA and ADA programs.
• Oversee retirement plan funding, e.g., ~$12M weekly for 401(k) and ~$130M annually for SERP.
• Oversee pension administration, data, funding, audits, and vendor performance.
• Lead LOA/ADA case operations from intake to return-to-work.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, and IT to ensure compliant administration and data integrity.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Define dashboards and KPIs for volume, cycle time, quality, and escalation trends.
