Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Benefits Specialist to serve as a key resource for employees and leadership on benefits matters. You will administer health, dental, vision, and other programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate leave management.

This role will analyze benefits data, conduct benchmarking, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate enhancements that boost satisfaction and retention across multi-state locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive benefits administration experience.
• Strong understanding of ACA, FMLA, ERISA, and ADA.
• Experience handling leave administration.
• HRIS experience (Workday highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support health, dental, vision, and other benefit programs, and answer employee questions.
• Manage the full leave of absence process and interact with stakeholders to improve communication.
• Analyze benefits data, conduct benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses, and maintain documentation.
• Recommend enhancements to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
