Job summary

Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System is seeking a Benefits & Leave Senior Specialist in West Point, GA. You will administer employee benefits, manage leave programs, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and COBRA while coordinating with HR, insurance providers, and third-party administrators.

You will also support audits, prepare documentation, and help control leave and benefits costs. A strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and ADP/SAP experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave administration.
• Experience in multi-state environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws: FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, ERISA.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement).
• Coordinate open enrollment and ensure accurate deductions and eligibility in HRIS.
• Administer corporate insurance programs and manage leave programs including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Prepare compliance documentation (1095-C) and support audits.
