Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned employee benefit programs including health and welfare plans and retirement plans.
• Provide tier two benefits resolution and support for employees.
• Liaise with third‑party benefit vendors on eligibility, coverage, and enrollment.
• Audit and analyze benefits changes in payroll systems and with vendors.
• Suggest enhancements to benefits websites and third‑party links.
• Coordinate open enrollment activities.
• Maintain benefits records and required documentation.
• Train and mentor benefits specialists and delegate tasks.
