Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Benefits to partner with Benefits & HR Services to optimize delivery of benefits and services through data-driven insights and process innovation. Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement, extracting Workday data for actionable insights, and driving end-to-end testing with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 1 year in HR, Benefits or Payroll admin or equivalent.
• 1 year in technology projects with PM experience and stakeholder engagement.
• 2+ years in Systems Analysis, IT, Data Analytics, or Benefits.
• 1 year in testing strategy and UAT with client collaboration.
• 2+ years in MS Office or Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process management and continuous improvement across Benefits & HR Services.
• Extract and analyze Workday data to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and fix operational issues to stabilize the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams on enhancements and UAT.
• Enable AI tools and local automation to boost daily task efficiency.
• Manage work in Jira and maintain a healthy backlog for CI items.
• Support end-to-end testing strategies and post-launch monitoring.
• Provide cross-functional back-up across Benefits & HR Services.
