Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management in McLean, VA to lead the development of an AI-ready data foundation powering the future of work. You will guide core platforms supporting Performance Assessment, Associate Growth, and Organizational Planning across global operations.

You will champion a consumer-grade experience on a scalable data platform, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape enterprise data standards to enable rapid and reliable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, etc) or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build the Core Intelligence Data Layer to enable real-time organizational insights.
• Establish an AI-ready data ecosystem to unlock ML capabilities across the portfolio.
• Lead vision and execution for Core Intelligence onboarding to enable rapid deployment.
• Influence Capital One’s HR data ecosystem with enterprise-grade data products and interfaces.
• Oversee complex data integration efforts across cross-functional teams with high quality, speed, and reliability.
