Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 1 year in HR, Benefits or Payroll administration.
• 1 year in technology projects with project management and stakeholder engagement.
• 2+ years in Systems Analysis, IT, Data Analytics, or Benefits.
• 1 year in testing strategy and UAT oversight.
• 2+ years in MS Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process management and continuous improvement initiatives to simplify and streamline workflows across the Benefits & HR Services team.
• Support team reporting needs by extracting and analyzing data from Workday, translating findings into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues and design long-term, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to support enhancements, including requirements gathering, ROI assessment, and facilitating UAT.
• Empower the team to leverage AI tools and local automation to increase efficiency in daily tasks and innovative problem solving.
• Manage work and initiatives in Jira, ensuring deliverables are well-managed, documented, and on time.
• Collaborate on end-to-end testing strategies and post-launch monitoring to confirm ROI and successful system integrations.
