Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Benefits to partner with the Benefits & HR Services team. You will lead process improvements, leverage data analytics and AI to redesign workflows, and ensure scalable, error-free experiences across US-based platforms including Workday and Salesforce.

Responsibilities include managing initiatives in Jira, performing data extraction and reporting, and collaborating with Product and Business teams to drive ROI and successful system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience with relevant work experience.
• Experience in HR/Benefits or payroll administration related work.
• Experience in technology projects with stakeholder engagement and UAT.
• Strong proficiency with Workday and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Extract and analyze data from Workday; translate findings into insights.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues; drive long-term solutions.
• Partner with Product/Business to gather requirements and assess ROI.
• Empower the team to use AI tools and local automation.
• Manage work in Jira; ensure deliverables meet stakeholders’ expectations.
• Maintain backlog and participate in team ceremonies; support cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate on end-to-end testing strategies and post-launch monitoring.
