Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate in Benefits Plan Program Management to drive seamless delivery, administration, and improvement of Health & Wellness and voluntary benefit programs. You will manage a diverse vendor portfolio, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives and RFP processes across the Richmond and McLean campuses.

The role emphasizes independent work, data-driven insights, and collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize program performance

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and governance mechanisms.
• Ability to manage administrative operations and program onboarding.
• Focus on improving associate experience and communications.
• Hands-on in RFP/RFI activities and vendor bid evaluations.
• Ability to document processes into SOPs for continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own plan program management for on-site clinics, dental, vision and more.
• Monitor SLAs/PGs, mitigate risk with Enterprise Supplier Management.
• Manage vendor access, staffing, and campus facility coordination.
• Lead internal comms pages and partner with HR for updates.
• Support RFP/RFI processes and document lessons learned.
