Job summary

Capital One's HRBP team in the Retail Bank and Retail Risk groups is seeking a Senior Associate to help drive business results through strong HR partnership and coordination of core people processes.

In this role you will partner with HRBPs, use systems such as Workday and Google Workspace to support reporting, and lead semi-annual talent and performance cycles, including preparing survey materials for leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a project or process-focused role.
• 2+ years in Human Resources.
• 1+ year of data management and reporting.
• 2+ years using Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Bank and Retail Risk HRBPs to drive best-in-class HR experiences for associates.
• Leverage HR data systems such as Workday and Google Workspace to support HRBPs.
• Provide data and customized reporting (headcount, attrition, spans and layers).
• Lead semi-annual talent and performance management reporting and project management.
• Prepare All Associate Survey summary materials for leaders and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with Horizontal HR Partners and Enterprise HR on process updates.
• Document and manage localized playbooks and calendars for HR programs.
• Understand processes, roles, responsibilities and deadlines to ensure smooth HR processes.
