Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Benefits Associate to support Total Rewards programs, including benefits, wellness, retirement, and the Employee Vehicle Program (EVP).

You’ll manage routine and moderately complex activities, partnering with Payroll, Finance, and internal stakeholders to maintain compliance and accurate records. The role emphasizes benefits administration, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 4-6 years of related experience in benefits administration, total rewards, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience with employee vehicle or fleet programs, wellness programs, or process improvement preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of employee benefits administration, regulatory requirements (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA), and related HR processes.

Mansioni

• Administer and support day-to-day operations of employee benefit programs (health, welfare, retirement, EVP).
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain and audit benefit data across systems for enrollment accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, Payroll, Finance, and internal stakeholders on eligibility, billing, and system issues.
• Assist with plan changes, system enhancements, and vendor-related updates.
• Develop employee-facing communications and program materials.
