Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Sr. Benefits Associate to manage Total Rewards programs, including benefits, wellness, retirement, and the Employee Vehicle Program (EVP). You will help ensure enrollment accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and vendors, with a focus on data integrity, audits, and communication of programs to employees. Hybrid onsite with remote flexibility, California-based.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in benefits administration, total rewards, HR operations, or related field.
• Experience with employee vehicle or fleet programs, wellness, or process improvements preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA and related HR processes.

Mansioni

• Administer and support day-to-day operation of employee benefit programs (health, welfare, life, disability, FSA, voluntary benefits, retirement, wellness).
• Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain, audit, and validate benefit data across systems for enrollment accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and vendors to resolve eligibility, billing, enrollment, claims, and data issues.
• Lead or support projects related to plan changes, system enhancements, and communications.
• Administer Employee Vehicle Program (EVP): eligibility, orders, terminations, insurance, and payroll impacts.
• Prepare program reporting on participation, utilization, and vendor performance; identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
